Digital music: Downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, reselling, sharing, or uploading the music is prohibited. All music is owned by its rights holders and protected by copyright.
Refunds (digital): All digital sales are final. If your download fails or the file is damaged, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
Merchandise: Custom shirts are made to order. We can't accept returns for wrong sizes or personal preference. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Shipping: Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for carrier delays.
Prices: Prices may change without notice. You pay the price shown at checkout.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
